The majority of those polled said they believe blockchain is largely scalable. And that it has already achieved adoption by the general public. With 73% saying their businesses are doomed to lose their competitive edge if they don’t embrace crypto and blockchain.

Crypto takes control of Fiat currencies

Asked about the importance of blockchain for their various industries, 78% of those surveyed responded that they believe digital assets will be very important to their industries over the next 24 months. The blockchain has slowly but surely encroached on various industries. New applications for blockchains are constantly being discovered for industries. This is why the adoption of blockchain over the next two years will make or destroy businesses in various industries.

The most interesting fact about the survey came when comparing cryptocurrencies to fiat currencies. Of those polled, 76% said they believe digital currencies will be a solid alternative or replacement to fiat currencies in the next five to 10 years.
