The hockey attack unleashes a victory over Bryant 4-2

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. The La Salle field hockey team (2-1) won two wins in a row Sofia Pla and Tatum Johnson everyone hit 4-2 over Bryant twice (0-3) to improve 2-0 on Hank DeVincent Field.

HOW DID IT HAPPEN:

• Dominating Atlantic 10 Conference Week Beginner Sofia Pla assured himself again early, burying a penalty shot at 10:01 to give the explorers an early 1-0 edge.
• Second year student Tatum Johnson quickly doubled the lead and made it 1:51 after Play and led La Salle to a 2-0 lead in the first.
• The Bulldogs responded before the end of the period when Chloe Tilley dove to finish the shot in a circle and cut La Salle to a 2-1 lead.
• Bryant hit again in the middle of the third quarter to equalize the game as Taryn Rauff buried a penalty corner pass from Lotte Guitink’s pass to level 2-2.
• La Salle quickly jumped forward when Pla blew home at his second game at 38:24 and took the lead from Explorers 3-2.
• Johnson quickly quickly followed Plan’s points in the second game, reversing the junior pass Casey Reilly 4-4 lead to 40:32.
• The investigation defense did the rest and arrested the Bulldogs to earn their second victory in a row.
