Geiger Counter Ltd. said Tuesday it has allocated the issuance of 1.2 million new common shares to meet market demand, subject to the admission taking effect.

The London-listed investment company said the shares will be priced at 56.0 pence (77 cents) per share, a premium to the company’s net asset value.

Shares fell 2.5 pence, or 4.4%, to 54.5 pence at 1204 GMT.

An application will be made for the new shares to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s SETSqx platform, and they are expected to take effect Monday.

Upon issuance of the new shares, the total issued share capital of the company will consist of 102.7 million ordinary shares, none of which will be treasury-owned.
