IEX Stock Exchange Forms Retail Advisory Group Amid Trading Boom

IEX Exchange has formed a committee of retail brokers to advise the trading platform on ways in which the market structure can be improved through increased participation in the stock market by individual investors.

Nearly a dozen brokers with retail presence joined IEX’s new Retail Trading Advisory Committee, or RTAC, including: Robinhood Markets Inc., Morgan Stanleys E*Trade, Fidelity Investments and Interactive Brokers Group Inc., according to a pronunciation Thursday. The new committee will discuss ways the retail community can evolve and improve its retail-focused products, IEX said.
