Table tennis Saskatchewan is looking for our next provincial technical coach.

Table Tennis The Saskatchewan Provincial Technical Coach is responsible for the overall design, identification, training, and development of the Saskatchewan Provincial Table Tennis Team. The successful candidate will identify, train and develop athletes for the National Championships and the Canadian Winter Olympics. As a member of the High Performance Committee, the provincial technical coach designs and implements the table tennis programs needed for a highly competitive Saskatchewan team at major national / regional championships and the Canadian Winter Olympics. The Saskatchewan Provincial Technical Coach is also responsible for organizing and developing table tennis as a recreational, competitive and school sport in Saskatchewan. The technical coach is also responsible for the development of coaches at all levels in the province.

Competence: Experience in coaching and developing table tennis athletes. Preference may be given to a candidate with NCCP competitive coaching coaching (technical coaches must be fully NCCP certified prior to the 2023 Canadian Winter Olympics). The candidate must have the ability to write and speak English effectively. Good organizational, programming, interpersonal and public relations skills are essential. The candidate must have the ability to plan and work with minimal supervision. Willingness to travel and expected to work outside normal opening hours.
