Jannik Sinner reached the fifth round final of the season and remained in the race for the ATP final by beating Lloyd Harris 6-2, 6-2 at the European Open on Saturday.
Second-placed Argentine Diego Schwartzman won the American qualifier for Jenson Brooksby 6-4, 6-0 in the second semi-final of the Antwerp Indoor Tournament.
Sunday’s final is Sinner and Schwartzman’s first encounter.
The top-ranked Sinner moved closer to his fourth title this season by sending out his South African opponent in less than 90 minutes.
“I just love playing here,” the 20-year-old Italian said, noting that he reached his first ATP semi-final two years ago in Antwerp. “I love indoors. I hope I can play a great match tomorrow too. “

Sinner, who has not yet dropped a series in the tournament, is chasing Hubert Hurkacz for eighth and final place in the ATP final. He also follows Cameron Norrie.
“It’s a long way to go,” Sinner said as he tried to get into the season-ending race in Turin on November 14th. “This tournament is still left and hopefully three left. There are other players, amazing players, everyone is trying to do that. It’s in my mind, of course, and hopefully this year. If not, I can be happy with my season (of) I played.”
Brooksby, who didn’t play in 2020 due to a toe injury, aspired to his second final of the year after Newport.
Schwartzman is 5-1 against the Americans this season.
