Intern Business Development Analyst, Apple Pay

– Work with the Apple Pay Solutions leadership team to prepare monthly merchant analytics and insights and communicate through Keynote to a wider organization. Support and assistance in developing quarterly business reviews with quantitative analysis and business insights. – Use multiple data sources to view current business trends on a weekly and monthly basis. – Participate in cross-functional partnerships with Marketing, Strategy, Operations and Business Development to aggregate structured and unstructured data sources to provide reporting on key trading programs, marketing investments and field testing programs. – Collaborate with Business Development teams to develop forecasts to support merchant programs including Apple Card, marketing programs, loyalty programs, and emerging industries. Present and track the results after the implementation of the program. – Conduct external and internal research to identify new trends and competitive data in customer payment behavior and the changing retail landscape to inform the Business Development team. – Working functionally to develop tools and systems that can aid in the development of the business (CRM, dashboards, etc.)
