PETA and H&M Partners for Vegan Clothing Collection

H&M, one of the largest global retailers, has partnered with PETA to create and launch a vegan fashion collection called “Co-Exist Story”. This new and sustainable collection of womenswear, menswear and childrenswear is made with innovative and animal-free materials.

Every piece in Co-Exist Story carries a “MAP Approved Vegan” label, so shoppers can rest assured that this product is completely animal-friendly, meaning they don’t use animal skin, fur, hair, or anything else. This collection is a celebration of the harmonious coexistence of humans and other animals on the planet.

VEGEA – Grape Skin, Not Animal Skin

VEGEA is an innovative vegan ingredient made in part from the skins, stems and seeds of grapes removed during winemaking. The embossed vests and trousers from the Co-Exist Story collection are made of this material, so you can wear them with pride knowing that you are stylish and animal friendly.

ECONYL – New Knit from Old Nylon

ECONYL is a regenerated fiber made from used nylon that will pollute the Earth, such as fishing nets and fabric scraps. This material not only helps reduce waste, but is also better for the environment, with up to 90% less climate change impact than making new nylon. In the Co-Exist Story collection, you can find ECONYL in a comfortable oversized knit.
