Who we are

At Shopscribe, we enable the 1.3M local shops in Europe – like bakeries and nail salons – to offer subscriptions for their products and unlock guaranteed recurring revenue. We are passionate about supporting independent shops, which have been hit the hardest by the pandemic.

This is an exciting time to join a fast-growing startup as we begin to build out our team and work directly with the founders, potentially taking a leadership position down the line.

🎯 In a nut shell

We’re looking for a generalist Business Operations Intern to help us build relationships with local shops and run operations and logistics (such as preparing and organizing deliveries to our customers). You will also be in charge of a variety of business tasks, helping Shopscribe move waaaay faster ⚡

🤟 What you’ll be doing

• Researching and carefully selecting new local shops to partner with, making sure to maintain a high standards of quality
• Building and maintaining relationships with shop owners by interacting with them via phone, email and in person
• Running and organizing internal operations, such as the preparation and delivery of products to our customers
• Overseeing quality assurance, making sure our customers receive high-quality products
• Taking ownership of various smaller business tasks

🧑‍💻 You should apply if:

• You’re able to work in person, in London
• You’re able to work 15-25 hours each week, for at least 3 months
• You are able to work on multiple tasks at the same time, keeping yourself organized and deadline-oriented
• You’re willing to hustle and take ownership of your tasks
• You’re sociable and comfortable interacting with people via phone, email and in person
• You like to find creative solutions to problems and actively try to grow as a person
