GloRilla Responds to Critics After Listing Personal Assistant Offer

[ad_1]

Recently, GloRilla has been trending more often than not in the social media space. Although it’s almost always because of her music and her rise to fame, she’s currently making headlines because of her new job as a personal assistant. She found herself defending the new position after critics slammed her for what they saw as low pay. On Wednesday, Dec. 14, the CMG rapper took to her Instagram Live to deal with all the fuss over the $550-per-week pay rate for the new personal assistant opening on her team. Big Glo posted the job posting earlier this week with responsibilities that include managing the rappers’ schedule, arranging meals, booking trips and more.

People really say $550 a week to be a glorilla assistant isn’t enough. Yall poasses wants CEO salary for entry level position

The Memphis star wasted no time in clarifying his live stream by explaining what the job expectations were and noting that some expenses are covered with the salary. Let me tell you something, muthaf**kers, to talk about $550 is too little. Bitch, it really gotta be $500 no, I’m just playing, Glo said. First of all, your flights are paid for, your flights and your trips. If you want a higher salary then pay for your own flights and your own travel and see how much the $500 a** plane tickets are I fly every day.

GloRilla went on to say that anyone who thinks she’s going to give someone more than $1,200 a week and pay for their flights on top of paying for her own trip is outrageous. She further opened up about work responsibilities saying: Half the shit on this list you mustn’t do for real. It’s just, if it comes down to that, you might have to. But it’s literally the easiest shit in the world. You really don’t have to bullshit but be with me everyday. Although many people disagree with the salary of the position, Big Glo made sure to get their point across on this. You never know, being his personal assistant could lead to even greater opportunities! Check out what the “Nut Quick” rapper had to say below.
