Matt McMahon takes responsibility for attacking problems

LSU had a strong 12-1 start to the season under new head coach Matt McMahon and the Tigers were riding high after defeating then-ranked No. 9 Arkansas. Since then, LSU has gone 0-3 with losses to Kentucky, Texas A&M and Florida.

In their last two games, the Tigers have scored 56 points in both games, which is tied for a season low in points scored. The schedule doesn’t get any easier with a road game against Alabama and a home game against Auburn coming up. Alabama is currently No. 4 in the nation and 4-0 in the conference while Auburn is 3-1 in conference play but is unranked.

We have to do a better job. I have to be a better working coach, to put us in better positions where we can shoot higher percentage shots from the floor,

LSU hits the road for a game with Alabama on Saturday at Coleman Coliseum in Tuscaloosa. The denunciation is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. CT.
