Donald Trump Furious with ‘Grating and Unendurable’ Fox News Host

Donald Trump slammed Fox News’ Jessica Tarlov and accused her of presenting “knowingly wrong” information hours after she criticized the former president on air.

In a Truth Social post, Trump accused Tarlov, a co-host of Fox News’ The Five, of having a “grating and unendurable” voice while providing analysis on the channel’s daily weekday show.

The attacks on Tarlov, who offers a more liberal and contrarian voice on the conservative news network, came after he criticized Trump on Thursday’s edition of The Five for keeping classified materials on his Mar -a-Lago resort, and inaccurately claimed that the former president was “personally responsible for 30 percent” of the current national debt.

The actual number is in the low to mid-20 percent range, depending on how and when you measure total debt.

“I really like The Five on FoxNews, especially the hosts, except wacky Jessica Tarlov, who is absolutely terrible,” Trump said.

“His facts are simply wrong, his anxious presentation is terrible and, forgive me, his VOICE is annoying and unbearable. Juan Williams is terrible, but better than him. I know the show is doing well, but no thanks to Jessica.

“I find it impossible for him to take large doses, and release this ‘REVIEW’ because it is important to expose Fake News, and Fake People!”

The criticism came after Tarlov had a heated disagreement with fellow The Five co-host Jeanine Pirro during a discussion about the appearance of classified materials at Trump’s Florida resort and President Joe Biden’s home in Delaware.

Tarlov suggested that one of the main differences between the two investigations is Trump’s risk of having top secret documents exposed, as he often hosts parties and events at his Florida estate.

“Mar-a-Lago is a place where people are entertained. There are parties there every night, and that’s why there’s concern about how things are maintained,” Tarlov said.

“I understand that Hunter Biden is a big party animal, but it’s not the same thing. President Trump is in a tuxedo all the time, entertaining tons of foreign nationals.”

Pirro asked Tarlov if he had ever been to Mar-a-Lago. Tarlov said he wasn’t there because he was “not invited,” to which Pirro replied “so don’t assume what you don’t know.”

Pirro then tells Tarlov to “don’t point your finger” as the host continues to argue his case.

In a September 2022 interview with the Los Angeles Times, Tarlov said that the interruptions and arguments from his co-hosts on The Five were part of the program’s appeal.

“The point of the show is that it mimics real life,” Tarlov said. And when you talk to the people in your life, whether it’s family or friends, especially people who have different perspectives, all aspects of your personality come into play here.

“I find it funny,” he said. “As long as I can make sure I’m not really thrown off and my point isn’t finished, I like the back and forth.”
