Magnet Forensics Inc. (TSX:MAGT). 29 cents, or 0.65 percent, fell to $44.12. Investors are getting conflicting advice from independent proxy advisors on whether the acquisition price for cybersecurity firm Magnet Forensics Inc. fair. Glass Lewis & Co. advised against the deal, saying the valuation for the Waterloo, Ont. established company is inadequate and that the proposed premium is “marginal” at best.
