BATON ROUGE, La. The LSU-Oregon State winner’s bracket game in the NCAA Baton Rouge Regional has been postponed until 2:00 PM CT on Sunday due to inclement weather in the Baton Rouge area.
The LSU-Oregon State game was originally scheduled for 8 pm CT on Friday; however, significant lightning in the area caused the suspension of the Tulane-Sam Houston playoff game at 4:07 PM CT on Friday.
The Tulane-Sam Houston delay forced the postponement of the LSU-Oregon State game to Sunday at 2:00 p.m., and Tulane-Sam Houston resumes at 12:00 p.m. CT Sunday in the top of the seventh inning with Sam Houston down 7-. 2 wires.
The winner of the Tulane-Sam Houston game will face the loser of the LSU-Oregon State game Sunday at 8pm CT.
The regional championship match will be played on Monday at a time to be determined separately.
