When a customer is impacted by a systemic issue within Wells Fargos’ control, our team works closely with business units across the enterprise to provide remediation assistance that meets the customer’s needs, helps restore trust and enhance the reputation of Wells Fargos recovers and strengthens.
As a Business Execution Consultant you are responsible for working with Senior and Lead Business Execution Consultants to support critical business processes and initiatives within Execution.
This dynamic role is part of a collaborative, innovation-focused team and reports to a Senior Business Execution Manager.
In this role you will:
- Provide critical support to multiple business groups and contribute to large-scale strategic initiatives
- Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives including risk mitigation, efficiency and customer experience
- Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
- Establish sustainable, repeatable processes
- Identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency from an operational and risk perspective
- Explore moderately complex business, operational and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and business execution, and an understanding of international business
- Work independently to make recommendations for the support function by providing support and leadership
Required qualifications, USA:
- 2+ years of experience in business operations, implementation or strategic planning, or equivalent demonstrated by one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired qualifications:
- Ability to collaborate and execute in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities
- Advanced organizational skills with great attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams).
- Ability to track and monitor project progress, identify project and process gaps
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge and understanding of the principles of project management: coordinating, planning and executing in all phases
- Ability to respond effectively to questions or escalated issues
