The Premier League has released Chelsea’s list of players retained for the 2023/24 season, and Tiemoue Bakayoko’s departure from the club has now been confirmed.
The midfielder joined the Blues from Monaco in 2017 and featured frequently under Antonio Conte. He made 43 appearances and played the entirety of the 2018 FA Cup final win over Manchester United. He scored three goals during the campaign.
The Frenchman subsequently had a number of loan spells, including back to Monaco and AC Milan as they won Serie A.
