Video shows leading lady Conor McGregor accusing him of sexually assaulting her in the men’s room at the Kaseya Center – WSVN 7News | Miami News, Weather, Sports

MIAMI (WSVN) – A newly emerged video shows Conor McGregor’s Ultimate Fighting Championship in downtown Miami the night he was accused of sexually assaulting a woman.

As the 34-year-old mixed martial arts star faces allegations of sexual assault, TMZ Sports has gotten hold of a video that they hope will soon become part of a police investigation.

The footage, posted online on Friday, shows McGregor and the alleged victim going to the men’s bathroom at the Kaseya Center where the alleged attack took place, June 9.

What I saw was him take her by the arm and lead her somewhere, said Ariel Mitchell, the victim’s attorney.

According to Mitchell, the incident occurred during Game 4 of the NBA Finals between the Miami Heat and the Denver Nuggets.

In a request letter written to McGregor, Mitchell wrote, Mr McGregor, assisted and supported by NBA security and Miami Heat Kaseya, physically forced the victim through security into the men’s room.

But according to a video obtained by TMZ Sports, McGregor can be seen holding the victim’s hand and leading him into the bathroom.

Once inside, Mitchell said, McGregor aggressively kissed his client, forcing him to perform oral sex on her, as he tore off her clothes and continued the attack.

Mitchell said the victim eventually stood up to McGregor and gave police the clothes he was wearing that night as evidence.

Mitchell also provided 7News with a screenshot of an Instagram message that he said was between the victim and one of McGregor’s security guards, in which the victim alleged McGregor pulled down his pants and called him crazy aggressive.

At one point the victim allegedly said in a text, I didn’t know he was trying [expletive] I’m in the bathroom.

The security guard allegedly replied, How did you not know? Laugh out loud.

Our credibility is so high, so I have no reason to question it, says Mitchell, and I hate that we live in a society that questions women when they are in a situation, especially when it comes to known predators.

McGregor has denied wrongdoing.

Her lawyer sent a statement to 7News. It read, After the video was released by TMZ, the plaintiffs’ attorneys have now changed their story. Mr McGregor welcomes the investigation, which he believes will show the claims against him to be false. After not responding to requests for money filed by plaintiffs’ attorneys, he turned to the media to apply pressure. This is nothing more than a search.

In a statement issued Thursday, the Miami Heat said they were aware and conducting their own investigation.

Miami City Police are also investigating.
