‘Biden is probably the most unpatriotic president in American history’

Former President Donald Trump questioned the patriotism of his successor in celebrating Independence Day in Florida.

Trump said President Joe Biden was “perhaps the most unpatriotic president in American history” because his administration canceled a planned Fourth of July fireworks festival at Mount Rushmore in South Dakota because of concerns about the delivery of COVID-19.

“We had fireworks at Mount Rushmore that were incredible … and very beautiful, and then, I saw the other day that they refused to allow it to happen again. I think they’re doing it despite,” he told a Sarasota audience Saturday night. “It’s so funny. It’s so sad.”

TRUMP ON COMPANY INDICTMENT: ‘PRAYER OF A COMMUNIST DICTATORSHIP’

South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem has sued the National Park Service after the federal department denied a request to conduct fireworks on the Fourth of July in Mount Rushmore. Noem’s lawsuit was dismissed by the U.S. District Court for the District of South Dakota on June 2, with a judge writing that the display of fireworks was “attractive” but the determination in Noem’s favor would be “invalid. judicial activism. “

Trump accused the Left of wanting to “cancel the heroes at Mount Rushmore,” jokingly saying they wanted to replace President Thomas Jefferson’s resemblance to the Jefferson Memorial in Washington, DC, with Al Sharpton or Biden.

“[It’s] not acceptable. We stopped that. That’s going to get them going that way, and I signed the bill [saying], ‘If you touch it, you’re going to go to jail for 10 years,’ and everyone turns around, and they go home, ”he said in a clear reference to an executive order in June 2020 designed to protect monuments and statue from vandalism.

Trump also defeated Biden for canceling his Commission in 1776, which called for a “patriotic education” in U.S. schools, while also conducting a clean swipe on the 1619 Project, which proved the United States had begun in slavery.

The story continues

“The mission for all of us here tonight is to preserve the legacy of July 4, 1776, and to defend our independence from the radical Left movement that seeks to cancel this date, destroy our heritage, and destroy our beloved country, “he said.

On his first day in office, Biden removed Trump’s 1776 Commission. The president appears to have adopted a different view, appointing proponents of critical race theory for top offices in the U.S. government.

“We will ignore what our intelligence agencies have identified to be the most deadly terrorist threat to our homeland today: White supremacy is terrorism,” Biden said in April.
