Which companies can participate?

Every Downtown business, from restaurants and retailers to hair salons, jewelry stores, and gyms, is invited to participate. If commuters are your customers, this program is for you. You will receive a special sticker on the window (or register) to inform customers that your company is participating in the program.

What do I have to do to participate?

Just give a special deal, discount or offer that can motivate employees to visit your company. You can choose from one of our suggested options or come up with your own!

How do I participate?

To fill from the form and outline the special deal or discount you plan to offer returning employees. You can identify them through the special EDGE map that they will show physically or through an image on their smartphone.

Create your own deal/offer, or choose from a variety of suggestions that work for your business! There will be an online toolkit with information about how the program works, ways to promote your company’s involvement in the program, and ways to keep frontline staff informed about your company’s special offers.

What is the time?

We plan to officially launch the Downtown Pittsburgh EDGE program on September 9.

Why should my company participate?

Your business will benefit from a comprehensive marketing campaign designed to bring back the vibrancy to Downtown. The PDP will execute a strategy that includes digital and print advertising, as well as promotion for social influencers. Special offers on EDGE Card deals will be promoted as part of the joint marketing push.

The VIP cards will be distributed to employers across the Golden Triangle through PDP engagement with community stakeholders.
