Sansera Engineering shares make lukewarm debut on exchanges

Sansera Engineering made a lukewarm debut on the stock exchanges on Friday. The Bengaluru-based auto parts maker opened for trading at Rs 811.5 on the BSE, a premium of 8.62 percent from the issue price of Rs 744. On the National Stock Exchange, Sansera Engineering opened at a premium of 9. 07 percent.

Shortly after listing, shares of Sansera Engineering have fluctuated between negative and positive areas as the stock hit an intraday high of Rs 841.95 and a low of Rs 801 on the National Stock Exchange.

Sansera Engineering’s IPO, an offer to sell by its promoters and shareholders, was endorsed 11.47 times. The portion reserved for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) was subscribed 26.47 times, the portion reserved for non-institutional investors was subscribed 11.37 and the retail segment was subscribed 3.15 times.

Sansera Engineering sold shares in the price range of Rs 734-744 during the three-day stock sale that ended on September 16.
