Ljubljana stock indexes gain ground, Telekom Slovenije leads winners

LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), Oct. 7 (SeeNews) – The two stock indices on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) recovered Thursday after falling for two consecutive sessions as no member saw its shares fall, stock market data shows.

The blue-chip SBITOP index and the SBITOP TR index, which also tracks dividend payout, rose 0.61% to close at 1,166.68 and 1,357.79 points, respectively, LJSE data shows.

Telekom Slovenia [LJE:TLSG] followed the blue-chip gainers, with shares rising 1.15% to EUR 53.

The exchange’s total trading revenue fell to 1.2 million euros ($1.4 million) on Thursday, compared to 2 million euros on Wednesday.

Pharmaceutical company Krka [LJE:KRKG] was the most traded company on the stock exchange on Thursday with a turnover of 333,050 euros. The share rose 0.91% to 111 euros.
