This role is based out of our headquarters in Phoenix, AZ, and requires a relocation to the Phoenix area.

The systems analyst plays a key role in defining and improving our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software capabilities. You will become a licensed subject matter expert working closely with the business and technical staff as we transform and scale our rapidly growing ERP footprint. You will work with external consultants and internal IT to ensure ERP is implemented, supported and continuously improved. Based on your aptitude and interest, you will be given the opportunity to support one or more functional areas such as purchasing, logistics, manufacturing, accounting, corporate finance, quality, and others.
What will you be a part of:
- Develop a deep understanding of how ERP supports business processes
- Support business users in developing Functional Design Documents for new functionality
- Contribute to the design of ERP solutions to address business process issues or support changing business processes
- Assist in troubleshooting and root cause analysis related to ERP functionality, configuration and data
- Support testing and training for improvements to the ERP system
- Act as a problem escalation path for users
- Act like a champion in applying best practices
- Build relationships with business users to ensure successful functionality delivery, adherence to standard processes, and continuous improvement
- Communicate and collaborate at all levels of the business to ensure proper deployment of processes and business systems
What you “should” already put on the table:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience in business analysis, project management or software implementation
- Create 1 to 3 years of user stories or similar documentation to support requirements gathering
- Create 1 to 3 years of design documentation to support software development
- 1 to 3 years working with and/or supporting users of ERP, WMS, MES or similar business software solutions
- Ability to work with a diverse group of users, from senior management to end users, and communicate effectively between groups
Additional profile feature Preference:
- Experience with software implementation/development in a manufacturing, product development or logistics company
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Netsuite or similar ERP system
Applicants must have a current US work permit or be eligible for TN from Mexico or Canada.
This position is not eligible for CPT or OPT.
