Ronchess Global Resources Plc Lists Shares on Nigerian Stock Exchange, Targets N7.3bn

Nigerian construction giant Ronchess Global Resources Plc is listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange, with the common shares of N1 each listed on N81 on the Growth Board of the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) without liability. The company recently received approval to list 91 million units of its shares by way of introduction, with Mainstreet Capital Limited as Issuing House/Financial Adviser and FSDH Capital Limited as stockbroker. The approval is in addition to the Securities and Exchange Commission’s approval for listing earlier in August 2021.
