The BizOps team is focused on solving some of Plaid’s most pressing business problems. We are a small team of individuals with complementary skills. This role will initially work with Plaid’s Financial Access team, a cross-functional group that focuses on partnering with financial institutions (from fintechs to corporate banks) to build the foundation that powers Plaid’s product and the wider fintech ecosystem. . From its Open Finance strategy to improving Plaid’s core product quality, you’ll have the opportunity to influence almost every aspect of Plaid’s business.

In this role you will work with Product, Go-To-Market and Ops teams on various strategic initiatives with a direct and measurable impact on our customers, partners and P&L. You identify actionable insights, assess their impact and lead the execution and implementation. The role requires someone who is highly analytical and strategic, approaches problems in a structured manner and is familiar with ambiguity.
