Biography

Cliff, a retired corporate executive, is a teacher, community volunteer, board member, operating advisor for private equity organizations and consultant. Cliff teaches at the College of William & Mary, is chair of the Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation, incoming chair of ChamberRVA, and a board member of the College of William & Mary Foundation, the Virginia Business Higher Education Council, and Virginia Repertory Theatre. Cliff retired as the President and CEO of Philip Morris USA, after a long career at Altria where he worked in marketing, business development, strategy, operations, finance and sales. Cliff has a BA, MA, MBA and JD from William & Mary.
