SCORE is a nationwide service organization that supports small businesses across the country. SCORE has a network of more than 11,000 volunteers who are active in more than 340 local chapters across the country. The organization is supported by the US Small Business Administration (SBA).

Locally in Jacksonville, our consultants’ skills include: accounting, consulting, distribution, financial planning, franchising, human resources, marketing, operations, publishing, retail, strategic planning, sales, consumer products, internet, technology and non-profit management, and doing business with government.

We provide support to entrepreneurs in a variety of ways, including FREE confidential mentoring for startups and existing businesses, workshops to help entrepreneurs start and run a successful business, advice on how to get a business loan, and assistance in creating a successful business plan .
