NSE is warning investors about two individuals associated with the Spider Trading entity

The National Stock Exchange (NSE) issued a warning to investors on Friday about two individuals linked to the “Spider Trading” entity. The exchange informed the investors that two individuals associated with the company “Spider Trading” were requesting investor information through the Telegram channel “Trade with Spider 3”. In addition, it misleads investors about its association with NSEIL and uses NSEIL’s logo and an alleged fake statement from Mr. Shiv Kumar Bhasin, the group’s Chief Technology & Operations Officer.

NSE said in a statement that it has been brought to the attention of the Exchange that individuals named Mira Patel and Ayan Soni are associated with entity named Spider Trading operating through mobile number 9038145361 and 9038433193, website tradewithspider.com. telegram channel Trade with Spider 3″, software named Trade with Spider” offers to manage investor’s trading account by asking investors to share their username and password and guarantees return on investment. The logo of the National Stock Exchange of India Limiteds (NSEIL) and a statement allegedly issued by Mr. Shiv Kumar Bhasin, Group Chief Technology & Operations Officer, falsely representing a partnership with interface.ai has also been included in a of the available brochures. on Twitter account of Trade With Spider 3 “with monthly returns.”

Investors are cautioned that Spider Trading, Trade with Spider 3″, Trade with Spider, interface.ai or any name associated with tradewithspider.com” has not been associated with NSEIL nor endorsed/aided by NSEIL or any of its subsidiaries. The NSEIL logo and alleged CTO statement have been maliciously included to mislead investors,” NSE said.

In an effort to warn and protect investors, NSE said in an official statement that investors are advised not to trade the securities markets based on the tips/recommendations of unregistered investment advisers. Investors should not be attracted or enticed by such trading tips and stock-specific recommendations. Investors are also warned and advised not to subscribe to any such schemes/products offered by persons/entities offering indicative/insured/guaranteed returns on the stock market as this is prohibited by law. Furthermore, investors are advised not to share their trading credentials such as user ID and password with anyone. It may also be noted that the said persons/entity are not registered as a member or authorized person of any registered member of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.”

According to NSE, participation in such prohibited programs is at your own risk, expense and consequences as such programs are not approved or endorsed by the exchange.

Investors should note that for all types of disputes related to such prohibited plans, none of the following remedies will be available to investors according to the exchange:

2. Dispute Resolution Mechanism

3. Investor Complaint Recovery Mechanism Managed by Exchange.
