How does the office hours feature work?

1. Do not disturb hours (Calls, SMS)
2. Hours of automatic SMS replies (missed calls, text)

1. Do Not Disturb (DND), after business hours

Set hours when you want the calls to go straight to voicemail without disturbing you. You can also mute text messages and app notifications for those hours.

Where do you set Do Not Disturb?

• iPlum App: Settings || Do not disturb outside office hours
  OR
• Online iPlum Portal: Sign in https://my.iplum.com/.
  Dashboard || Users || Click iPlum User Login ID || Settings || Do not disturb (edit)

Toggle the toggle switch to select for Calls and/or Text & Notifications.

Example: If you have opening hours from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00 and are closed on Saturday/Sunday, your non-business hours will look like this:

Mon to Fri: From = 5 p.m. & To = 9 a.m

Sat & Sun: all day

Do I have to keep my app open to manage Do Not Disturb?

Your app does not need to be open. The DND works automatically from the cloud.

2. Automatic SMS reply

When to send automatic SMS replies?

1. Missed incoming calls.
2. Incoming texts when you are away.

Where can I set up Auto Text Reply?

• iPlum App: Settings || Text options || Auto-reply text
  OR
• Online web portal: Sign in https://my.iplum.com/.
  Dashboard || Users || Click iPlum User Login ID || Settings || Text options (edit)

Toggle the toggle switch to select for missed and/or incoming text.

You can also set non-business hours during which the system will automatically send an automatic SMS reply.

Example: If your business hours are 9am-5pm Monday-Friday and closed on Saturday/Sunday, your non-business hours would look like this:

From: 5 p.m. and until: 9 a.m

Sat & Sun: all day

Do I need to keep my app open to send automatic text replies?

Your app does not need to be open. The reply text is automatically sent from the cloud.
