Courtney Rogers Perrin and Bill Purcell Named in Nashville Business Journals “Best of the Bar” – Frost Brown Todd

Two attorneys from Frost Brown Todd were named in the Nashville Business Journals 2023 Best of the Bar ranking. Partners Courtney Rogers Perrin and Bill Purcell both made the list, which recognizes the top 100 lawyers in Nashville. Winners are nominated by the public and then selected by closed ballot. Extra weight is given to votes that come from outside the nominee company or company.

Perrin’s practice focuses on supporting businesses in the financial sector, including digital assets, fintech and payment arenas. Perrin advises on buying and selling businesses, setting up entities and operations in a compliant manner, and providing contracts and policy documentation.

Purcell advises both public entities and the private sector. He served as mayor of Nashville for eight years and five terms in the Tennessee House of Representatives where he was Majority Leader. He has extensive experience sponsoring and enacting legislation that affects businesses across numerous industries and has focused on advising clients on legal and policy issues throughout Tennessee.
