Identity Verification Company Clear Secure Inc. said Tuesday it would price its first public offering of 13.2 million Class A common stock at $31 a share.
Earlier this month, the company said it expected the offering to cost between $27 and $30 per share.
The company said its shares are expected to start trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol YOU starting June 30.
Along with its secure identity platform, the company offers a consumer aviation subscription service, as well as other apps and services, including the CLEAR Pass for CBP Mobile Passport Control, it said.
