Baltic Classifieds Group PLC Reaches $1 Billion Valuation on London Stock Exchange Debut

BCG owns and operates 12 online advertising sites in Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia

(), an online ad group operating in the three Baltic States, has today been admitted to the main market of the London Stock Exchange after an initial public offering of 165 pence per share.

Shares rose as high as 200p in early trading and valued the company at around $1 billion before falling to 199.80p by mid-morning.

BCG owns and operates 12 online advertising portals in Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia, including eight specialist portals for automotive, real estate, jobs and services, and four general portals.

The group’s portals averaged 69.2 million visits per month in the fiscal year to the end of April 2021, equivalent to 11.5 visits per month for every Baltic citizen.
