Interpol’s Red Notice against Ozer clarifies charges of aggravated fraud and criminal enterprise. 78 more arrest warrants have been issued for it, and Ozers’ brother and sister are both in custody.

A statement released by Ozer when he first disappeared said he would be returning to Turkey in a few days, but 107 days later that did not happen.
