Eshoo urged House Speaker Nancy Pelosi to tackle unenforceable regulations set out in the original bill. An anonymous House executive assistant said Pelosi plans to review the language of bills surrounding crypto.

Soto says pro-crypto congressmen will try to use ‘all avenues’ to rework tax rules, whether through Democrats’ $ 3.5 trillion budget or through legislation autonomous.
