As cryptocurrency mining takes off around the world, the success of these data centers is tied to the constant flow of low-cost electricity to computers and other machines. The GTSystem is off-grid, eliminating grid authorization and connection delays. Often times, the operation of necessary materials and existing systems, such as power transformers, grid permits, and switches, can take years, as local governments heavily regulate access to power grids.

However, with the implementation of the GTSystem, which uses both carbon capture and sequestration, low cost NetZero energy can be achieved and more importantly maintained for these data centers. A patented modular implementation of the technology is used to generate power that achieves a reliability of five nines (99.999%). This non-stop system minimizes the risk of production outages caused by a polar vortex or other unpredictable events, enabling reliable power generation for the data center.

Data centers meet the following requirements:

The GTSystem uses both CO2 sequestration and absorption to create NetZero base power. This non-stop system provides a viable economy for Bitcoin and Crypto Currency data centers.

The GTSystem generates clean baseload electricity by implementing power generation on an oil and gas reservoir and sequestering CO2 from power generation in the oil reservoir as the Oil and gas are extracted, thus contributing to EOR (Enhanced Oil Recovery). There is no gas flaring (the gas is used for power generation) and oil extraction does not use hydraulic fracturing. Low cost hydrocarbons are used as fuel for power generation enabling NetZero power generation. This efficient alternative is appropriately priced for the Bitcoin and Crypto Currency transaction processing markets.

Low cost electricity is obtained by using the following:

CO2 sequestration credits CO2 absorption credits Carbon credits Elimination of electricity distribution costs No line losses No back-up generators Geothermal cooling No harmonic distortion

All or part of the extracted hydrocarbons can be used to generate electricity. The Reservoir Project becomes an Independent Power Producer (“IPP”) that continuously generates reliable, low-cost electricity for data centers at a competitive cost.

CO2 uptake with stimulated crop growth The GTSystem enables cost-effective secondary use of the tank surface. Some of the CO2 and nitrogen separated from power generation is used to stimulate crop growth in greenhouses. Growing food by photosynthesis absorbs CO2 and produces a large amount of oxygen (much more than planting trees) generating carbon credits. Controlled greenhouses, with stimulated growth, accelerate food growth (30%) and increase sales of products with improved margins.

NetZero Low Cost Bulk Hydrogen Generation Optionally, some of the clean electricity can be used to efficiently produce low cost NetZero bulk hydrogen using electrolysis (no CO2 generation). Hydrogen can then be used instead of natural gas and gasoline / diesel fuel.

Implications for Texas This innovative technology has become even more poignant with the passage of the two-party CATCH Act, which increases the carbon capture credit from $ 50 to $ 85 and carbon sequestration credits per metric ton of CO2. By using this technology, under the CATCH Act, and sequestration, GTherm can use these additional benefits to create low cost power for consumers in Texas.

About GThermGTerm, Inc. is a Houston-based company that has invested in the development of the patented and revolutionary GTSystem. The Data Center Company will follow ESG principles and meet the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. The GTSystem meets NetZero low cost baseline power generation requirements for Bitcoin / Crypto data centers.

About GTSystem The GTSystem can produce 200 MW for each four square mile reservoir in the targeted oil field. The reservoir covers 200 square miles. The plan is to develop 36 square miles (1.8 GW). The first project is located in Texas and could be an independent power producer for the state. The system design has been approved by Siemens and a system performance guarantee will be provided. The design includes the use of gas turbines for clean, non-stop base power generation. This first generation of electricity of its kind will produce reliable NetZero electricity from emission-free fossil fuels in a cost-effective manner. The project will provide substantial returns on investment and is scalable.
