MOC’s BIT Center to Host Cryptocurrency Trends + Bitcoin by Bloomberg Webinar on September 30

Miami, September 9, 2021 The Business Innovation & Technology (BIT) Center at Miami Dade Colleges (MDC) will present a Cryptocurrency + Bitcoin Trends webinar with special guest Mike McGlone of Bloomberg Intelligence on Thursday, September 30 from 12h00. the webinar in person at the BIT Center or via Zoom. It’s free and open to the general public upon registration.

During the webinar, McGlone will share her outlook for Bitcoin and cryptoassets Where the markets are heading and why. What are the risks and potential rewards? Are cryptoassets the epicenter of a new cold war? What to expect and what could trip the current trends.

McGlone is a Senior Materials Strategist for Bloomberg Intelligence, a unique research platform that provides context on industries, businesses and government policies, available on the Bloomberg Professional service. With over 25 years of experience in futures and commodities trading and investing, he specializes in large-scale commodity and crypto markets, author of the monthly Bloomberg Commodity Outlook and Bloomberg Crypto Outlook. Prior to joining Bloomberg, he was Head of US Research at ETF Securities. He also led the commodities business at S&P Indices and was head of futures research at ABN Amro and vice president of research, analyst, trader, sales at Aubrey G. Lanston / IBJ Futures.
