About the team

The Crypto Operations team is passionate about delivering a great end customer experience and mitigating business risk while supporting industry-leading crypto products. As a Crypto Operations Specialist in the Business Operations Office, you will serve as a Technical Product Expert and own processes essential to the maintenance of Robinhood’s crypto product. This includes monitoring order health and execution quality, creating alerts, managing our liquidity providers and several other projects. You will need to provide subject matter expertise on transaction execution and money movement; identify optimization opportunities and communicate them to the product and engineering teams; and design, implement and improve operational processes and procedures relating specifically to cryptography. You will work closely with our Trading Platform, Data Science, Compliance and Partnerships teams as well as other Operations Offices (including Settlement, Portfolio Operations, Treasury and Risk).

What you will do on a daily basis
