Global crypto market crosses $ 3 trillion, CryptoPunks tops NFT collections

Ethereum (ETH), one of the largest and oldest cryptocurrencies, broke its all-time high on November 8 and was trading at $ 4,730 at the time of the report’s filing, according to data shared by the Bitbns crypto exchange.

Ethereum is awaiting an update to ETH 2.0, which could be another big driver of its upward price movement. Bitcoin (BTC) approached its all-time high with a 5% move closing at $ 65,200. The overall market capitalization of the global cryptocurrency market has crossed the $ 3 trillion mark in the past 24 hours.

On the other hand, the rooms themselves have been relatively quieter this week. Shiba Inu (SHIB) is down 5% in the past 24 hours and Dogecoin (DOGE) is down 1.14%. Shiba Inu is trading at $ 0.000055 and Dogecoin at $ 0.271784, according to Coinmarketcap.com, at the time of filing this report.

Other tokens that are registering historic highs are Solana (SOL) and AVAX (AVAX), while Binance Coin (BNB) is nearing its peak, according to Bitbns.

In recent weeks, Australia’s largest bank, Commonwealth Bank, has said it will offer cryptocurrency trading to retail clients, while Singaporean authorities have issued a positive rating on the asset class, according to Reuters.

With a volume of 1,237.15 ETH, CryptoPunks tops the list of NFT (non-fungible token) collections and has grown 21.56% in the past 24 hours, according to Coinmarketcap.com.

HeadDAO recorded drops of 32% in the last 24 hours, with a volume of 476.74 ETH. Bored Ape Yacht Club saw a decrease of 18.81% with a volume of 378.76 ETH, Fidenza by Tyler Hobbes saw an increase of 148.28% with a volume of 360 ETH and CreatureToadz fell by 63, 65% with a volume of 313.79 ETH, in the last 24 hours.
