Wilson shared a behind-the-curtain glimpse of his recent meetings with Senator Ted Cruz and other key political figures on Bitcoin legislation.

During her meeting with Senator Cruz’s office, Wilson heard about their efforts to make bitcoin a currency to be used in small cash transactions, which is the initial impetus for bitcoin to be used in spending. daily. “As more and more people use bitcoin on average, it is proving to be a better and better asset for everyone involved,” Wilson explained.
McClurg shared his HODL bitcoin trends, while looking for ways to spend it in order to promote the ecosystem. He went on to say that “bitcoin is useful if people actually use it for transactions,” taking the idea from Satoshi’s white paper, titled “Bitcoin: A Peer-to-Peer Electronic Payment System”.
Wilson continued to share his experience in Washington, voicing his predictions that states will begin to take advantage of the development of their own legislation to become “pro-Bitcoin states”.
Taking this back to a few years ago, McClurg explained how “Wyoming was a starting point for states creating their own legislation and building an ecosystem, and Senator Lummis has been at the forefront of this from the start.” .
“We have about six or seven critical years of these election cycles to make sure we don’t have an uneducated senator or committee making rules that hinder American prosperity,” Wilson said.
