Coin Bureau alias host Guy said interesting crypto drops could be on the horizon while explaining a brief history of the phenomenon.

Guy tells his 1.67 million subscribers that while most airdrops today offer tokens that are likely to be worth very little, a few well-established blockchains are handing out coins to traders ready to achieve the required interactive bounties.

Most of these large-scale airdrops took place in the Decentralized Finance (DeFi) space, where people will have had to interact with a protocol or DApp in some way, shape, or form.

Guy speculates that the MetaMask crypto wallet, Ethereum Arbitrum and Optimism Layer 2 scaling solutions, and popular NFT marketplaces such as OpenSea, Bored Ape Yacht Club, and Solana Solanart’s decentralized exchange are next. tokenless blockchains that could host airdrops in the future.
