During the second half of November 2021, BitNile maintained the same number of Bitcoin miners installed with no additions installed for the period. BitNile’s active miners for the Michigan data center include 1,292 S19j Pro and eight S9 Antminers, generating approximately 129.12 PH / s, an increase from the 120.6 PH / s reported in mid-November 2021. For the Indiana location, active miners consist of 1,600 S9. Antminers, generating around 10.23 PH / s, an increase from the 7.68 PH / s reported in mid-November 2021. As previously announced, from November 2021, BitNile began receiving 300 S19d Pro Antminers per month pursuant to the purchase agreement with Bitmain Technologies Limited (“Bitmain”) for the planned installation of an additional 2,700 S19d Pro Antminers from December. 2021 to August 2022. Additionally, in November 2021, BitNile entered into contracts with Bitmain to purchase a total of 16,600 Bitcoin miners. The purchase includes both the environmentally friendly S19 XP Antminers which feature a processing power of 140 terahashes per second (“TH / s”) with a power consumption of 3.01 kilowatt hours (“kWh “) and the S19j Pro Antminers which have a processor power of 100 TH / s with an energy consumption of 2.95 kWh. Based on current delivery schedules, BitNile expects the 16,600 newly purchased miners to be shipped by Bitmain between March 2022 and September 2022. As a result, BitNile’s mining operations are expected to include 20,600 Bitcoin miners, producing approximately 2.24 exahashs per second once all miners are fully deployed and operational. Completion of the purchase of the 16,600 Bitcoin miners is subject to the Company raising the required additional capital, and there can be no assurance that the capital will be raised within the timeframe required by the purchase agreements.
