Scalable Capital partners with CoinShares for crypto offering

Investors can buy digital asset ETPs through its Scalable Crypto platform

Digital wealth manager Scalable Capital has partnered with CoinShares to launch a new crypto platform that provides investors with access to exchange-traded products (ETPs) of digital assets.

The new offering, named Scalable Crypto, will allow retail clients of the group to invest in crypto ETPs alongside stocks and ETFs.

The offering is supported by CoinShares’ physical ETP platform which launched in January and currently has $ 600 million in assets under management.

Scalable Capital said the platform will merge with its existing wealth management offerings and is part of its drive to become the leading digital investment platform in Europe.

Investors will be able to invest as little as € 1 through savings plans and will be able to view crypto prices in real time as well as detailed information on different currencies.

Frank Spiteri, Chief Revenue Officer at CoinShares, added: “Germany is at the forefront of Europe in establishing a regulatory framework for digital assets, and German investors have continued to allocate some of their cryptocurrency wallets.

Last month, Scalable Capital acquired justETF, a specialist provider of ETF information, to enable investors to make more informed decisions about their ETF portfolios.
