Popular crypto analyst explains why it is bullish on $ ETH, $ EGLD, and $ MATIC

Recently, LArk Davis, a very popular New Zealand-based crypto analyst and influencer, explained why he is convinced that Ethereum ($ ETH), Elrond ($ EGLD) and Polygon ($ MATIC) are good projects to bet on in 2022.

David discussed his top three altcoin picks for 2022 in a YouTube video he posted 10 days ago.

According to a Daily Hodl report released on December 25, 2021, here is what Davis said about these three projects and their native tokens (i.e. $ ETH, $ EGLD, and $ MATIC).

Ethereum ($ ETH)

“I think Ethereum will be a five-digit asset, and we might see an Ethereum of $ 20,000 before this cycle ends and dies…

“We have Layer Two scaling solutions exploding for Ethereum… We have the Proof of Stake Passage coming up for Ethereum. It’s huge beyond belief. We are moving from proof of work, which is horribly ineffective, to proof of stake that will fundamentally change the economy of Ethereum …

“Then we have the triple halving. So, as part of the move to proof of stake, there will be a 90% reduction in the annual emissions of newly created Ethereum… Ethereum will become deflationary next year. It will only go down. In the next, probably five to ten years, we’ll be back under an Ethereum of 100 million.

Elrond ($ EGLD)

“It’s finally coming to life, which I think is a very exciting time and time for Elrond. So we finally saw them launch their Maiar exchange… a bit like the Uniswap of Elrond where you can now trade the USDC (USD Coin), the Elrond token…

“We also have exchange support from centralized exchanges that are starting to happen for Elrond’s standard tokens. “

Polygon ($ MATIC)

“Polygon will now burn some MATIC. In the long run, this is absolutely brilliant for the price of Polygon. Thus, users are increasing, stronger than ever, new acquisitions and new applications are coming. I am optimistic about Polygon. It’s going to $ 10, just a matter of when. “

ETH’s relative pair still looks pretty good. Against USD this is a tragedy, against BTC it still looks beyond the uptrend.
