Bitcoin (BTC-USD) consolidated at around $ 49,000 (36,480), as other traders liquidate their positions, the next top 10 investors see an opportunity to buy the downside.
Bitcoin fell nearly 20% in December and a cloud of uncertainty descended on investors.
Diamond hands are showing cracks and the crypto-Christmas massive sell-off looks like it’s about to become a reality.
However, the following major investors do not fall victim to massive selling pressure and see opportunities when the charts turn red.
1. Micheal Saylor

Saylor is the head of Microstrategy, which has invested heavily in bitcoin since August 2020. After the crypto flash crash of December 5, Saylor announced that MicroStrategy had purchased $ 82.4 million worth of bitcoin, or 1,434 bitcoins. This brings the total number of bitcoins held on MicroStrategy’s balance sheet to 122,478. President Bukele was the architect of the bitcoin experiment in El Salvador which went live on September 7. Immediately after the cryptocurrency became legal tender in the Central American nation, the price of bitcoin plummeted. Media critics took the opportunity to criticize Bukele who instead doubled down and continued to buy the decline.

Max Keizer is still bullish on bitcoin. He told Yahoo Finance: In 2021, bitcoin has outperformed everything again and will continue to do so for the next 100 years. In 2022, bitcoin will dethrone gold and change the world forever.

At the Miami Bitcoin 2021 conference in early June, the vocal bitcoin advocate met Michael Saylor on stage and shouted his now famous: “We don’t sell, f ** k Elon,” in reference to Musk’s tweets that provoked a break in the crypto-market.
4. Tyler Winklevoss and his twin brother Cameron hold around 100,000 bitcoins

The Winklevoss twins started investing in bitcoin early in its development. In 2013, the brothers claimed they owned around $ 11 million worth of bitcoin through their company, Winklevoss Capital. The brothers have been buying bitcoin since 2013 and are said to own 1% of the bitcoin in circulation.

Grayscale holds 654,600 bitcoins on behalf of institutional investors. In late November, investment bank Morgan Stanley bought the drop to top their total of 6.5 million Grayscale bitcoin shares, now worth more than $ 300 million.

Musk caused the cryptocurrency markets to collapse when he tweeted that he had fallen in love with bitcoin on June 4. He had put a broken heart emoji next to the bitcoin. However, Tesla reportedly bought $ 1.5 billion worth of bitcoin in 2021.

Hedge fund manager Paul Tudor Jones has pointed out that bitcoin is undervalued. He bought bitcoin in 2020 and throughout 2021. In 2020, he was one of the only hedge fund managers to have bullish sentiment towards bitcoin. In mid-2020, he claimed bitcoin was undervalued. At the time, he bought bitcoin as a hedge against inflation. He added to his crypto stance, and in October told CNBC: Obviously, there is a place for crypto, clearly, is to win the race against gold right now.

In September, internet exchange-traded fund Ark Next Generation (ARKW) added bitcoin to its prospectus for clients, via Canadian ETFs. Several bitcoin ETFs have been launched in Canada throughout 2021. Speaking to Yahoo Finance in October, she said, “Bitcoin is a new global monetary system. It is a rules-based monetary policy. It’s completely decentralized, it’s a hedge against the whims of policy makers. “

10. Jack Dorsey

Recently Twitters (TWTR) Jack Dorsey posted an image on Twitter warning that the profits and power promised in the Web 3.0 revolution could be funneled into the hands of Silicon Valley venture capitalists. In the image that was posted, a water pipe feeding profits into the mouths of greedy venture capitalists had an Ethereum logo on it.

It started a row on Twitter where the outspoken bitcoin maximalist was forced to defend his slander of Ethereum (ETH-USD). On December 23, Dorsey tweeted: I’m not anti ETH. I am anti-centralized, VC owned, single point of failure and corporate controlled lies. If your goal is anti-establishment, I promise you it’s not Ethereum. Don’t believe me or trust me! Just look at the fundamentals.
Dorsey then showed her support for bitcoin by claiming that it would eventually replace the US dollar. Singer Cardi B asked him earlier this week if bitcoin would ever replace the dollar, he said “yes it will.”
