About the role:

As an Art Director, your illustration craft expertise, creativity and eye for design and leadership will help deliver revolutionary, trend-setting NFT projects for our users. You are a highly versatile concept artist that is able to transition seamlessly between 2d illustration, character design and environment design. Youll be the driving force for the NFT Creative production, leading the team in collaborative projects and IP development while pushing the standards of creative output.

As the Art Team lead, you will build and support a team of concept artists to define and drive the vision of the project. Using your broad knowledge of art, design and illustration, youll set clear goals for your team, and make sure the process of delivering those goals for both your team and their stakeholders.
