Does Saylor worship Bitcoin? Peter Brandts Criticizes BTC Fanatics
Savvy old-school chartist Peter Brandt took to Twitter to respond to a recent Bitcoin-themed post by Microstrategy founder Michael Saylor.
Does Saylor worship Bitcoin?
Saylor, who is a vocal Bitcoin evangelist, posted one of his tweets praising BTC, this time saying Believe in Bitcoin, followed by a photo of a physical BTC coin with a woman l worshiping and looking like some sort of abandoned altar in an underground temple.
Brandt responded, quoting Psalm 27, which says that while some believe in chariots and horses, others believe in God. The prominent trader added Bitcoin to the list of things that can distract people from religious beliefs.
Peter Brandt doesn’t seem to share Michael Saylor’s fanatical belief in the flagship cryptocurrency. Apparently, Brandt just sees Bitcoin as one of the commodities to trade in the market for gain.
Microstrategys Michael Saylor is known for his many Bitcoin-dedicated tweets, which are often just a single line sounding like a piece of ancient wisdom, a metaphor or assentia – digital energy flows, etc.
Oh, stupid man. Some men trust in chariots and some in horses, and some in bitcoin, but I will trust in the name of the Lord. Psalms 20.7

Earlier this year, in August, Brandt also criticized members of the Bitcoin Army who have participated in the laser eye movement over the past year. It appeared in 2021 and was backed by those who believed the crypto major would hit $100,000 in the coming years.
The famous chartist then said that instead of rising towards $100,000, Bitcoin fell back below $20,000. He pointed out the danger of dogmatic thinking.
However, Michael Saylor and another renowned trader, John Bollinger, preferred to disagree with him.
