Terra Founder Do Kwon Cashes in Bitcoins in Serbia
As reported by Digital Asset, a South Korean crypto outlet, infamous Terraform Labs founder Do Kwon cashed in 9.64 Bitcoins worth $120,000 from the Luna Foundation Guard (LFG) after recently fled to Serbia. Kwons’ choice could have fallen on the Balkan country due to the fact that it does not have an extradition treaty with South Korea. As previously reported by U.Today, after the TerraUSD and Luna crash in May, Kwon was charged with fraud and South Korean authorities issued an arrest order. Since then, the founder of Terra has been hiding in different countries around the world. At the same time, Kwon says he is not running from justice as he remains active on social media.
XRP Price Encourages as SEC Announces Major Position Change
According to the official announcement of the US Securities Commission, its general counsel Dan Berkowitz will leave the agency on January 31, 2023. The reason for the departure is said to be Berkowitz’s association with Sam Bankman-Fried, the head of the famous FTX. Exchange which was recently released on $250 billion bail. Meanwhile, on Thursday, December 22, XRP price demonstrated subdued but encouraging price action. In addition to closing the day with gains against the dollar and Bitcoin, XRP quotes managed to hold a key support level around $0.35. The token is still trading around $0.35 at the time of writing.

On Saturday, December 24, lead Shiba Inu developer Shytoshi Kusama took to Twitter to wish everyone happy holidays and again answered the most frequently asked question: Wen Shibarium? According to his tweet, the Layer 2 solution would be coming very soon, but not during a crucial time that people would be spending with their families, which could be a hint that the SHIB community should expect Shibarium after the Christmas celebrations end and New Year’s Eve. Shytoshi then urged his followers to take advantage of these few days leading up to 2023 and ended his tweet by stressing the importance of the next year for humanity.
SHIB hitting $0.01 will push David Gokhshtein to active steps, he says
David Gokhshtein, Founder of Gokhshtein Media, recently tweeted that as soon as the Shiba Inu cryptocurrency price hits one cent ($0.01), he plans to get out of it and dump all his SHIB tokens. Earlier this year, he “urged” SHIB to hit the $0.01 level, asking him to “do him a favour.” Overall, Gokhshtein has been quite supportive of Shiba Inu. In another tweet, Gokhshtein asked his followers if they think Dogecoin, another coin he holds, could hit the $1 mark before 2023. Twitter account @ShibBPP responded to Gokhshtein, writing that many people just saw the tweet (meaning a “no”) versus those who left a comment (meaning “yes”).
