Litecoin (LTC) and Binance Coin (BNB) are crypto assets to keep on the radar as whale activity increases: Santiment

A leading crypto-analytics platform claims that whale transactions centered on Litecoin (LTC) and native Binance tokens are on the rise.

Investors should keep an eye on LTC alternative Bitcoin (BTC), Binance Coin (BNB) and BUSD, Binances’ proprietary stablecoin, according to market intelligence firm Santiment, as trades worth over million dollars that include these digital assets are increasing.

“Litecoin whale transactions were much higher than normal during the second half of December. Additionally, Binance’s native tokens BNB and BUSD are both seeing high spikes in their own trades worth over $1 million. Keep these assets on your radar.

Binance Coin is trading at $246 at the time of writing while Litecoin changes hands for $66.93.

Santiment also says that news events played a major role in influencing the direction of the crypto markets in 2022.

According to the analytics platform, crypto prices are likely to rally once fear, uncertainty and doubt (FUD) revolving around the COVID-19 pandemic, interest rate hikes by the Federal Reserve, the Russian-Ukrainian war and the multi-billion dollar collapse of FTX the exchange is starting to calm down.
