BitPay users love the DOGEDOGE ARMY ask Musk for the DOGE Twitter emoji

Dogecoin enthusiast @Tdogewhisperer shared a screenshot of BitPay, claiming that DOGE has become the fourth most frequently used cryptocurrency by customers of the leading crypto payments processor.

BitPay users love DOGE

DOGE is the fourth most popular coin after Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) and Bitcoin Cash (BCH). Other popular coins, such as XRP, LTC and others are falling. The meme token SHIB, the second in terms of market capitalization after Dogecoin, closes this BitPay list.

In the fall of last year, Elon Musk used BitPay to sell his collectible perfume called “Burnt Hair” produced by The Boring Company which he runs. BitPay allowed users to pay for this flavor in crypto, including Dogecoin and Shiba Inu tokens.

Doge Whisperer (@TDogewhisperer) January 6, 2023 DOGE Army asks Musk for a DOGE Twitter emoji

Twitter user @cb_doge tagged Twitter boss Elon Musk with a request to launch an emoji hash for Dogecoin. He reminded the centibilliardaire that Jack Dorsey, when he was CEO of Twitter, started an emoji for Bitcoin, being a big BTC fan and evangelist. Twitter also has emojis for other cryptocurrencies TRX, BNB, ETH and others.

@cb_doge said his request was made on behalf of the entire Dogecoin community.

Since Elon Musk is a famous supporter of the largest meme coin by market capitalization, the Dogecoin army expects him to add an emoji for DOGE, now that he owns Twitter. Also, this summer, Musk suggested Twitter add Dogecoin as a payment option for Twitter Blue.

Hi @elonmusk

Jack gifted the bitcoin community with a hash-emoji #Bitcoin.

I would like to ask you the same for Dogecoin on behalf of the entire Dogecoin community pic.twitter.com/8P0MDPEXVH
