The crypto’s market capitalization increased by around 2.48% to $907.09 billion and its trading volume increased by 20.23% to $58.16 billion, according to data from Coinmarketcap. com at 6:15 p.m.
Today’s top winner was Aptos (APT); it rose 29.18% to $6.81. The main loser was Fei USD (FEI), which was trading at $0.9691 with a loss of 3.04% in the past 24 hours to Friday evening.
Cryptocurrency prices
Bitcoin: BTC rose 3.90% to $18,897.27. BTC was trading with gains for most of the day on January 13. Its price fluctuated between a low of $18,803 and a high of $19,019. BTC trading volume increased by a significant difference and increased by 29.34% to $32,132,568,476.
Ethereum: Ethereum (ETH) price rose 0.62% to $1,405.18 in the past 24 hours through Friday evening. ETH was trading in gains for most of the day and had similar momentum to Bitcoin. The dominance of ETH today was 19.0%. The lowest price for ETH was $1,405. ETH trading volume decreased by 4.74% to $9,453,368,503.
