Roles and responsibilities

Key management role within Japan operations, primary responsibility is to launch and grow the crypto business Manage the complete end-to-end business roadmap of the crypto business for mobile app launch for Japanese customers, adhering to local regulations and business standards Develop implementation plans, explore formats to launch the business while effectively localizing products/services Licensing issues were supported in steps initial, but further assistance for smooth facilitation is expected Establish business strategy and hiring strategies for Crypto Customer support, compliance, risk, finance, product, information Security, technology and payment, etc. to ensure service/platform/security/product quality and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and market practices Drive post-product launch activities to ensure business growth and effective execution across the Japanese market Skills required 8-12 years of relevant experience experience in cryptocurrency businesses and financial services organizations in the Japanese market Is currently or has been in a cryptocurrency business, preferably for the process of licensed and very familiar with Japanese regulations and the crypto exchange ecosystem Experience liaising with local regulators (FSA) About our client Global Crypto Exchange looking for a business owner to launch their service in Japan
